Following an institutional merger, AJU pursued a series of renovations and expansions to renew its identity and improve the overall campus experience. Completed in two phases, this project included a new chapel with multipurpose functions, a new garden with courtyard, terrace remodel, the replacement of a parking deck, a major mechanical system refurbishment and building repairs for Gindi Auditorium, and Auerbach Student Center repairs, remodeling and refurbishments. All work was performed over summers and holidays to minimize disruption to campus operations.
