Working in the logistically challenging environment of LAX, one of the busiest US airports, Del Amo built over 25 retail stores and concession stands throughout multiple terminals. The highest profile of these projects are in the new Tom Bradley International Terminal, where we built out 13 retail stores for the highly acclaimed ‘Luxury Island,’ which included Fred Segal, Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Bvlgari, Coach, Tumi, Victoria’s Secret, Hugo Boss, Hudson News, Kitson, CNN, Bliss and Hollywood Reporter. These projects were completed for two retail operators and were designed by four different architecture firms. Projects in other terminals included See’s Candies, On Time, Hollywood Style, Hudson News -That’s So LA and Entertainment Weekly, to name a few. 

We also performed work for multiple projects for LAWA, which involved primary building and concrete work, fuel storage infrastructure, and maintenance and administrative facilities.
