4th & Traction

Fourth and Traction was a major renovation of a former Coca-Cola facility that was built in phases between 1915 and 1960. Located in the epicenter of LA’s dynamic Arts District, the 3 story plus basement building is approximately 117,000 SF. An adaptive reuse project, the original buildings industrial character was preserved and now features creative office space, ground floor restaurant and retail, and a spectacular rooftop penthouse and deck. The large 30,000 square foot floor plates are complemented by original architectural details, such as 14-foot ceilings and operable steel frame windows. Also included in the project was a new 7 story, 134,000 SF, 320 stall parking structure.
